By accessing or using this website and any associated services (the “Service”), including SMS, MMS, or other messaging communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Messaging Program Description

Lifted Logic Events provides an SMS messaging program to communicate with users, clients, attendees, organizers, and partners regarding event scheduling and related services. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Event booking confirmations
  • Appointment or event reminders
  • Schedule updates or changes
  • Event invitations or RSVP notifications
  • Check-in instructions or event-related details
  • Customer support or account-related communications
  • Informational or promotional messages, where explicit consent has been provided

Message frequency varies based on your activity, event participation, and communication preferences. Lifted Logic Events does not send unsolicited text messages.

User Consent (Opt-In)

You may receive messages from us after you choose to engage with our company by:

  • Creating an account or submitting a booking request
  • Registering for or scheduling an event or appointment
  • Requesting information, support, or assistance
  • Opting in to receive updates, reminders, or promotional communications

Your consent is optional and is not required to use our services or complete a booking.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may receive up to 10 promotional messages per month, as well as additional messages as needed for transactional or appointment-related communications.

Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Fees & Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Lifted Logic Events is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred due to message delivery.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging services are supported by most major U.S. carriers, but are not guaranteed to be available on all carriers or devices.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the messaging service for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Fraud, deception, or impersonation
  • SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, where prohibited)
  • Any activity that violates TCPA, CTIA guidelines, carrier policies, or applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messaging access for violations.

Age Requirement and Parental Consent

Services are intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Company does not knowingly enter into contracts or provide professional services directly to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). A legally authorized adult must execute any agreement for services. The Company reserves the right to verify age and legal authority and to refuse service at its sole discretion.

Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information, including phone numbers, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging service at any time without notice. We reserve the right to revoke messaging access for non-compliance with our terms.

Messaging services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for message delays, delivery failures, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
